In cases of Aadhaar eSigns, eSigning relies on an Electronic Signature Provider (ESP) to complete the eSignature. Often these ESPs face technical difficulties, and the entire eSign flow stops. The ESP needs to be switched manually by your eSign vendor which takes hours.
