Where do I find my bank's statement password format?
In the email that delivered the statement — nearly every bank prints the rule right there, often under a line like "Your statement is password protected". The table on this page collects the common ones (HDFC, SBI, ICICI, Axis, Kotak and more) for when you don't have the email handy.
The password isn't working. What should I check?
Use your name as registered with the bank, not a nickname or as you sign. Letters are usually CAPITALS. Dates use two digits each for day and month (05, not 5). If the bank uses a Customer ID or CRN, it's on your cheque book, debit card or NetBanking profile.
Is it safe to upload my bank statement here?
