Geofencing and Accuracy

Allow eSigns to happen from a permitted location like your company’s branch

Normal GPS capture is not enough - on its own, it can’t tackle issues like -

  1. Incorrect GPS location getting captured - at times, the GPS captured is wrong by States! This causes a lot of issues during enforcement.
  2. Your agents collecting eSigns outside the bank branch - what if the customer claims pressure from the agent? Or what if the agent commits fraud?

That’s why you need Geofencing and Accuracy with your GPS Location.

With this feature, you can reject an eSign if the accuracy of the GPS Location is low and also restrict your eSign within a permitted area, for example, your branch.

Multiple Stamp Series

Affix multiple stamps of the same value with different purposes of use

In some document kits like Home Loan Kits or Mortgages, you need to affix multiple Stamps of the same value but different purposes like Affidavits, PoA, etc.

Eg: Say, you need to pay INR 300 as Stamp Duty with a breakdown of - 100 for Affidavits, 100 for a Deed of Mortgage & 100 for a Power of Attorney.

For physical flows, it’s easy - you just buy different stamps with their purpose written clearly and put them on top of the docket.

But what do you do in a digital flow? In most cases, you get the option to either affix a single stamp or a pre-created group of Stamps with different values.

This doesn’t allow you to affix multiple stamps of the same value and different purposes to the same docket.

Even with Leegality, our clients had to find hacks to affix multiple stamps with different purposes to a single docket.

That’s why we’ve updated BharatStamp and introduced the Multiple Stamp Series. With it, you can affix Stamps of the same value but different Series to the same docket.

Secure Audit Trail enhancement

We’ve added 3 new enhancements to secure the audit trail.

No 1: Purpose of the audit trail in 2-3 lines, so your customers don't get confused when they receive it after eSigning is complete.

No 2: Role of each invitee in the document execution journey, to help understand what each person did in the document’s flow to avoid confusion.

No 3: You can see the name and contact details of all invitees in the Secure Audit Trail
