“Digitising the appointment letters solves the problem of couriering, checking, having to walk up to that person's desk and then bringing it back. It also makes it easier from a storage point of view. There's no need to take prints and scans of the appointment letters any more - it's all kept safely in the system.”

It's intense. Sometimes frustrating. But we promise you'll have fun.

You'll get to build something that makes customers say things like this:

"What used to take 7 days, can now be done within minutes thanks to the Leegality paperwork process"

"I think any organisation which is operating at a reasonable scale and has an aspiration to go digital should explore Leegality"

Honestly, I didn't even know such a workplace existed until I experienced it. A very positive, employee-friendly environment. The opportunities and growth possibilities seem endless. Monday blues is not even a thing anymore
The biggest reason I would give for anyone to join Leegality is that you are provided an environment where you are encouraged to think independently and not just blindly follow a process. This allows you to actually build things and give you a sense of pride in what you have done.
Leegality is truly a people-first company. From managers reminding you to take time off (seriously) to a culture that makes work-life balance feel effortless, it’s a place that genuinely cares. Everyone’s approachable, easy to work with, and honestly, the team vibe is unmatched. Whatever their hiring magic is — it works.

For people who show up with initiative, this job can do things another job probably won't.

You love taking ownership.
Most people can have an idea. Far fewer can ship it in a real enterprise environment, through real customers, against real constraints. You'll build this muscle here whether you want to or not

Every company has a values page. Most of them don't mean much. Instead of listing ours here, look at the filters above ("Join Leegality if…") and the way people describe working here in the testimonials. That's what our values actually look like when they show up.
Yes — please do. Some of our best hires come through referrals.
2016.
No. We build software. We work closely with lawyers and legal teams, but we aren't one.
No. Our customers are businesses of every kind — banks, NBFCs, HR teams, stockbrokers, manufacturers, and anyone who does paperwork at scale. In fact, most of the time our primary buyers are business, product, and ops teams — not legal teams.
We use it heavily. Every team — product, engineering, BD, marketing, customer success, operations — has people actively figuring out how AI changes their work. If you join, you'll be expected to use it well and to figure out where it helps and where it still doesn't.
We're not going to pretend everyone who joins stays. People leave for the usual reasons — pace, comp, life changes, domain fit — and we don't treat that as a failure. What we do try to do is be honest enough upfront that people join with realistic expectations, which means most exits are clean and amicable rather than bitter.
Most companies say "ownership" and mean "finish your tasks on time." Here it's more literal. You're expected to treat the problem you're working on as yours — not your manager's or the team's. You figure out what the real problem is, what it needs, and you go do it. When things go wrong, you own the mess. "I wasn't told to do that" isn't a valid answer here.
