Notification Logs

Easily track the delivery status of eSign links and identify any delivery issues on email, WhatsApp or SMS with Leegality Notifications Logs

Get to know if the signer has received the eSign link
Identify delivery issues with email, WhatsApp and SMS notifications to take relevant next steps
Reduce TAT of resolving notification issues

Why you need this feature

When eSign invites don't reach signers due to spam filters, delivery issues, or provider problems, you're stuck waiting on channel vendor support for answers.

It can take hours to get any update from the vendor and in the meantime, a signer is frustrated because the issue is not resolved. Eventually, the signer will either drop off or remember your process as tedious and unsupportive.

This is why we built Notification Logs on the new Leegality Dashboard - a comprehensive rundown of

🔔 Notification triggered for the customer across channels
📊 Their status — sent / delivered / read / alert
⏱️ Timestamps for each status
📝 Remarks on why the notifications were not delivered

If the notification is not delivered for any channel, it helps you quickly identify the cause of the issue and take the relevant next steps to solve it at the earliest.
