Certain documents — like loan agreements — need to be signed or approved by authorised signatories on behalf of the company. Often companies have multiple authorized signatories, so when 1 is unavailable - the agent often starts chasing another one.
But this is where the process breaks down - the agent has to take the document to each signatory manually for eSign or review. This takes time and effort - delaying execution.
