Leegality Reviewer Flow - Cross-check documents before execution

It is good to have an extra pair of eyes review a document before it is executed. It ensures that the details in the document are error-free and reduces the risk of the signer declining to sign due to incorrect information.

That’s why we built the Leegality Reviewer Flow - an easy and efficient way to review your documents within your eSigning journey.

With Leegality for Reviewers, add multiple reviewers to approve or reject your document in the eSigning journey.

Leegality offers 2 ways to set up a reviewer in your document execution flows:

  1. Reviewer with OTP - As the reviewer can be an internal or external stakeholder - like your customer, or the head of your department - they had to get an OTP-based verification before they reviewed the document and made suggestions.
  2. OTP-less Reviewer - Built for internal stakeholders reviewing several documents a day - this flow removes the hassle of waiting for OTPs, copying them from a device or screen, and related friction.

Within the same journey, you can set a different review flow for each reviewer - depending on their role, the criticality of the document, and your internal processes.

You can also set up a reviewer for NeSL flows with Leegality. The reviewer will be able to check the document - and the information on the NeSL form - before it is executed.
